I started to change my life by taking control, I had mental health problems and went to see a life coach and changed my life. I made a vision board last year and everything came to me in some way. Maybe not what you thought it would be. I also live a life of gratitude and are thankful for everything. 2024 was the best year of my life.
Wow, amazing!!! I had a very bad time in my life in 2014 but somehow it was when I actually gave up and accepted that my life a huge mess that things started to happen and sometimes they happen to me, not as I visualized but even better? In a bad patch right now, tried the vision boards, gratitude journal, and everything else, but... can try again! Enjoy your great life now!
@ I still have my ups and downs, but have friends that get me through, the bad times used to last days, but now can deal with them and contact a friend and then I realise that what I am thinking cannot possibly happen. Don’t give up, keep trying different things. I have become very spiritual and lots of what I do is Buddhism based. I also have tried cosmic sound baths, which is really relaxing and healing. Also I try different things that I have never tried before, sounds crazy, but takes your mind elsewhere.
I love that this is becoming more mainstream :) Thank you Paul McKenna for being brave enough to step out of the closet with this and give it your vote of approval. I believe that if more people focused on gratitude and on what they wanted (rather than on what they don't want) - I would like to think there would be an increase in lovely stuff & feel-good vibes in the world.
3 things that ACTUALLY helped me manifest $1000 dollars into my life when I needed it the most 1. Creating a physical vision board with the RIGHT images 2. Reading the book Unleashing Your Dream Reality by Caleb Clarkson twice through 3. Applying the technique from the book called synesthetic visualisation everyday
I don’t want to be overweight and I shouldn’t be. I eat healthily and I workout also. Manifesting is of much interest to me because the desire has to be accompanied with actions as stated. That action though sometimes has to be discreet depending on situations where you face extreme opposition. e.g. my sciatic pain I have been working through and trying to eradicate before upping that intensity of my workouts again. Work hard and also work smart. Lovely to see Paul McKenna, I remember him from circa 20 years ago with his hypnosis! I am manifesting a slim, toned, curvy active mother of three blissfully delightful children, all at home again eating my roast dinners, Asian, Caribbean and African food too, after doing their homework. My investments hit the roof in value and stay there indefinitely. I work in the legal sector in a role that is demanding but flexible. I have a side hustle in the health and fitness industry / business. The work has been put in for that with sincerity. Let’s see whether it happens.
You have to put it in action that's the key. Woo woo teaches it will come to you. Realistically you can look at that board hundreds of times but unless you put it action it's gonna stay on the board😊
People who don't have understanding of the concept often say this. The point of affirmations/vision boards is to retrain your subconscious, when you go over something repeatedly I.e success/money you will start thinking of ideas to bring it into your life and start taking action naturally.
A life coach came to my home I told him what I went through and how I thought positive to make my life and others different he said it looks like you don’t need me and walked out the door
This is such an old idea, I can’t believe PmK is churning this out as if it’s something new?! I’ve used a vision board for years, and love to manifest. It truly works..
I like this, very different to the secret and regular ideas about manifestation. As far as I know, none of those talk about reverse engineering your manifestation, as he has here. Thanks Paul! 🙏🏽
I love Paul McKenna and have done since the early years of his public life, but this idea that we manifest or not is a problem. I haven’t listened to the full interview so hopefully he does acknowledge this but we are all manifesting all of the time, it’s a matter of if we are consciously doing it or not. As the saying goes, “where attention goes, energy flows” so we create unwanted as well as wanted. I just wanted to share that for those who are perhaps new to this journey of deliberate creation.
Those who criticise the likes of manifesting and vision boards aren't looking at it correctly. Someone who says I wish I had this specific thing or job, but then just get on with their lives every day, often not thinking about their goal, aren't doing the same as someone who's made a vision board. If you see your vision board for example every time you go to the kitchen, then several times a day that goal is being reinforced over and over. You're being given a prompt to think about that goal and what can you think of at this moment to get their. If you see it only twice a day, that's over 700 times a year you're going to be reminded. Each time you're going to maybe have a different idea of what to do to get there. It's not woo woo, it's just re-focusing yourself on that goal every day. Saying all that, I've never done anything like that, but I get it.
There's a doctor with a channel (Amanda Pleet) who says to put the reminder on your phone, or the picture by your bed. That way, it's the first thing you see when you wake up, and gets you motivated to get up and go get it
This is basically "The Secret" mantra of thoughts become things. It's been around for over a decade at least. Including vision boards. Nothing new here.
I noticed a lot of scathing comments about this on Facebook. Not sure what to make of the new book, some were saying it’s an annual rehash of his material.
Why has it taken Paul McKenna so long to discuss this topic, I have been following manifestation for a long time and everything Paul is talking about now I have heard from other professionals a long time ago, it seems he is coping what they have said.
Funny though all those super achievers mentioned in the book are one thing I am not - super rich. So therefore a big head start in to manifest what you want.
This likely isn’t anything new from Paul. He already has an exercise where you visualize where you want to be in a year, then step back in 3-month intervals to visualize what needs to happen each quarter to reach your one-year goal. I suppose it’s easier to manifest things when you can create a step-by-step plan.

We need some of this in our education system.
His energy and passion is infectious! Will be having a look at his new book

This meditation really helped me!! I could really feel that joy!! It made me cry!! Thank you!!

All the best to you 👍
You have to put it in action that's the key. Woo woo teaches it will come to you.
Realistically you can look at that board hundreds of times but unless you put it action it's gonna stay on the board😊
It’s about balance action but not trying to have too much control
People who don't have understanding of the concept often say this. The point of affirmations/vision boards is to retrain your subconscious, when you go over something repeatedly I.e success/money you will start thinking of ideas to bring it into your life and start taking action naturally.
I’m doing a gratitude jar a postit a day of one thing I am grateful for
nice idea. im going to take that up
Paul McKenna... fab!

This man is amazing💯‼️

Everybody takes part in manifestation whether you believe it or not. You’re manifesting all the time with your thoughts, feelings and actions.
Sounds like Paul has been reading the teaching of Neville Godard
It’s worked for me .
Wish he would tour Sydney! x 🇦🇺
Crazy to see people speaking facts on mainstream tv
He's like Elton John! Definitely my last tour.... Im a big fan of manifesting.
My only aim to to have a happy, drama free life. I need to stop worrying about how badly things will turn out and think how good it could be.
Sadly we cannot control bad things happening or not but we can do things to help us cope if bad things do happen
This is basically "The Secret" mantra of thoughts become things. It's been around for over a decade at least. Including vision boards. Nothing new here.
It’s new to people who have never heard of it before
Correct, it won’t work unless I use it. 😂
It's the basis of hypnosis...which is why he specialises in it.
Some people don’t know this!!
Anytime someone comes on TV to share a new method of doing something it always seems to come along with a new book....hmmm 🤔
I noticed a lot of scathing comments about this on Facebook. Not sure what to make of the new book, some were saying it’s an annual rehash of his material.
He just wants your cash. Make him rich.
@ of course, anyone who writes a book or creates a product does.
Why has it taken Paul McKenna so long to discuss this topic, I have been following manifestation for a long time and everything Paul is talking about now I have heard from other professionals a long time ago, it seems he is coping what they have said.
what is and do and does manifest mean
Manifesting is when we bring something into reality .or imagining things into reality
Funny though all those super achievers mentioned in the book are one thing I am not - super rich. So therefore a big head start in to manifest what you want.
Can Paul manifest hair growth 😱

I wish this was true
Nothing new. Thank you for highlighting. Athletes, business people and many others have been doing this forever. It is also in the Bible.❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Read Neville Goddard and Law of Assumption. It will change your life.
Paul doesnt seem to find manifesting his hair back a priority
When can we bring back Holly
